Subject: FOIA Request for Existing Records on Adjudicated Election-Fraud Cases

Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I request copies of existing records held by the Attorney General’s Office documenting adjudicated election-fraud cases in South Carolina.

Please provide the following for each eveb calendar year from 2010 through 2024 for Federal elections only:

• Annual count of adjudicated election-fraud cases, including criminal convictions, plea agreements, civil findings, and overturned elections. • Statutory category for each case, including illegal voting, double voting, absentee ballot fraud, registration fraud, or other applicable category. • Number of referrals received from county election offices or SLED.

This request is limited to records already maintained by your office. I am not requesting the creation of new reports, summaries, or compilations.

Electronic format is preferred.

Please provide a cost estimate before processing, as required.
